Welcome to the City of Norfolk's Interactive Web Interface to "Survey Monuments Mapper" Application. The Survey Monuments Mapper was created to provide the public with 24 hour access to information about survey control monuments located in the City. Once you learn to use this application, you will be able to: 

Determine the elevation of a monument.

Reference a detailed recovery sketch.

Determine the High Accuracy Reference Network (HARN) coordinates of a particular monument.

Please disable any pop-up blockers before using the mapper.

Use the left navigation menu to access the Survey Monuments Mapper Application.

Quick Start Instructions:
Use the zoom in tool to navigate to your desired location.
Use the hyperlink tool to get detailed information about a particular survey monument.
When printing, make sure that you select "landscape" for the paper orientation.
