Site Navigation Tools Help
	Return to Search Menu: Allows the user to return to the Introduction Search Menu of the Applicaiton.
	Show Overview Map:  Turns the Overview Image  on/off in the Map window.
	Zoom In:  Allows the user to either click or drag a rectangle inside the Map Window resulting in more detail.
	Zoom Out:  Allows the user to either click or drag a rectangle inside the Map Window providing less detail.
	Zoom to Full Extent:  Resets the Map Window to the limits of the entire City.
	Zoom to Previous Extent:  Reloads the last Map image that was displayed.
	Pan:  Provides the user the ability to recenter the view of the Map Window by click or drag.
	Identify:  Allows the user to select on a parcel inside the Map Window.  The parcel selected will be highlighted and the Property Information will be returned in the "Parcel Selection Results" window.
	Show Legend:  Displays a legend for the map in a seperate window.
	Show Aerials:  Toggles the aerial photographs on or off.
	Tools Help:  Returns the Display window to the Navigation Tools Help Screen.
	Log Data Error:  Provides a form that allows the user to submit an email to the Real Estate department identifying errors in the data.
