Welcome to the City of Norfolk's "Interactive Zoning Mapper" application. The Interactive Zoning Mapper was created to provide users with a means of determining how a property is zoned or if the property is within a district.

Description

The Zoning Mapper provides zoning information at the parcel level. Like other Mappers, layers may be turned on and off. Displaying the different types of zoning are optional.

Choices include basic Zoning (residential, commercial, etc.), Conditional, Zoning Overlays, and CBPA (Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act). The Mapper also features an address search and aerial photography.

The Interactive Zoning Mapper application provides users with a Quick Start Instruction Guide on how to use the various tools to deteremine how a property is zoned, or if the property is within an overlay district.

We encourage new users to review the Quick Start Instruction Guide prior to accessing the application. For your convenience this document can also be downloaded.
